Return & Refund Policy

At iReset, all products sold through our website are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

 

No Returns or Refunds

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Digital products cannot be returned once delivered.

 

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
• You were unable to access the digital product due to a verified system issue on our end.

If you believe one of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details so we can review the issue.

 

Unauthorized Use

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Failure to read the product description before purchase
• Change of mind
• Incompatibility with your device, software, or expectations
• Claims of non-use after delivery
